This Site describes Patio Installation, Driveway Installation, Walkway Construction, Asphalt Sealcoating, Paver Sealing, Residential Paving, Commercial Paving, Parking Lot Paving provided by Tx Pavers. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://txpaversneedville.com is the property of Tx Pavers or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Tx Pavers may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tx Pavers makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Tx Pavers's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Tx Pavers from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
